Design System Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design System Lead to join their Product Design & UX group.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a design system with standards, guidelines, and UX/UI patterns
• Collaborate with product designers, developers, and PMs to ensure design consistency
• Provide guidance and mentorship to designers and conduct user research to inform design improvements

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing complex B2B systems/platforms
• 3+ years of experience in design systems management and team leadership
• Experience working with global cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Proficiency in Figma and an outstanding portfolio demonstrating expertise
