Design System Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design System Production Specialist/Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, define, organize, and maintain the design system and guidelines
• Create central locations for documentation and ensure information flow and accessibility
• Support production tasks and assist with extending existing designs in Figma

Required Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in using Figma
• Experience and passion for developing and organizing design systems
• Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to work through lack of clarity
• Ability to maintain data security while ensuring appropriate accessibility
• Experience in a similar role supporting design or technical teams is preferred
