Design System Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design System Manager to own and evolve a digital design system for internal and client-facing products.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve a large-scale Figma component library used by multiple product teams
• Collaborate with engineering teams for design handoff and web component implementation
• Lead quarterly design audits, usage reporting, and system adoption metrics

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital product design, with at least 3+ years focused on design systems
• Proven ownership of enterprise-level design systems and scalable design infrastructure
• Mastery of Figma with experience creating modular, accessible design components
• Experience managing design systems documentation and site publishing (Webflow or similar)
• Experience working in regulated or highly structured corporate environments is a plus
