Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Design Systems Designer to build and evolve their design system for customer and internal experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish the vision, principles, and roadmap for the design system while auditing current UI for standardization opportunities
• Design and maintain Figma libraries, ensuring high-quality component specifications that support user experiences
• Collaborate with engineering to translate the design system into reusable code components and establish workflows for design and code synchronization

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in setting system strategy and driving cross-team adoption
• Strong product design foundation with hands-on experience in building and maintaining design systems in Figma
• Fluency with modern front-end concepts and experience in setting accessibility standards
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build structure in undefined areas
• A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design system thinking and real-world impact
