Job Summary

Owning and evolving design systems with AI-first workflows, the full-time remote Staff Design Systems Engineer will enhance team efficiency by automating repetitive tasks and contributing to strategic improvements in design and research operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve design systems to improve efficiency in engineering, product design, and research workflows
• Automate repetitive tasks and build integrations using AI tools to streamline operations
• Contribute to the strategic improvement of team quality and efficiency by identifying areas for AI integration

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in design systems, design engineering, design operations, or related fields
• Active use of LLMs such as Claude or ChatGPT in professional workflows
• Familiarity with modern design and research tools, including Figma and component libraries
• Strong technical fluency with APIs and automation platforms
• Ability to manage multiple high-urgency projects across cross-functional teams
