Design Team Project Manager
Job Summary
Managing a team of over 10 designers and a portfolio of more than 100 clients, the full-time Design Team Project Manager will oversee workload distribution, ensure quality control, and maintain client relationships in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage workload by assigning tasks to the most suitable designers to ensure timely delivery
- Perform quality control by reviewing completed tasks and providing feedback to ensure alignment with client briefs
- Oversee team management, including performance reviews, training, and communication with team members
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role
- Strong knowledge of graphic and/or web design principles
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva
- Experience with team collaboration tools like Slack, Asana, and Notion
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
