Design Technology Manager

Job Summary

Focusing on the implementation and advancement of Revit and BIM practices, the full-time remote Design Technology Manager will manage internal templates, provide training, and support project teams in utilizing digital design workflows effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal Revit templates and drawing standards while promoting best practices
• Organize and maintain BIM Collaborate Pro for design teams and facilitate training for new hires
• Support project teams during design phases and provide ongoing training on Revit and other design software

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or a closely related field
• 8-10 years of experience in the AEC industry with a minimum of 6-8 years using Autodesk Revit
• 4 years of experience managing firm-wide Revit and BIM Collaborate best practices
• Expert knowledge of Revit and Twinmotion, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Sketchup
• WELL AP certification, NCIDQ certification, or relevant industry experience preferred
