Job Summary
A company is looking for a Designated Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned enterprise customers, managing complex technical engagements
- Provide proactive recommendations and architectural guidance to optimize product adoption and reliability
- Lead investigations and issue resolution, collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 5-6 years in a technical, customer-facing role, preferably in enterprise SaaS
- 1+ years as a Designated Support Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or similar role
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale environments with complex integrations
- Ability to partner with Engineering teams to influence prioritization and outcomes
- Proven track record of managing high-pressure situations and driving issues to resolution
