Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff Designated Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple designated accounts and establish regular touchpoints with customers for critical issues
- Provide technical guidance and support, ensuring adherence to response and resolution SLAs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to report bugs, feature requests, and lead initiatives for product quality improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent discipline
- 8+ years of experience in a Technical Support environment or similar customer-facing role
- Strong knowledge of RDBMS, SQL, and experience with database performance and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools and cloud service providers' ecosystems
- Experience in scripting or coding in any programming language
