Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Designated Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple designated accounts and establish regular touchpoints with customers for critical issues
  • Provide technical guidance and support, ensuring adherence to response and resolution SLAs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to report bugs, feature requests, and lead initiatives for product quality improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent discipline
  • 8+ years of experience in a Technical Support environment or similar customer-facing role
  • Strong knowledge of RDBMS, SQL, and experience with database performance and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools and cloud service providers' ecosystems
  • Experience in scripting or coding in any programming language
