Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on design experience at a digital agency
• Portfolio demonstrating experience across digital contexts
• Ability to navigate complex and ambiguous projects
• Experience designing around complex interactions or content is a bonus
• Can-do attitude with a focus on collaboration and feedback
