Designer

Job Summary

Utilizing AutoCAD and Revit, the virtual Designer will prepare and modify project drawings related to food service equipment while assisting the Project Manager with project administration and coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and modify drawings and documentation to support the project team using computer-aided drafting software
• Coordinate with contractors and project stakeholders to incorporate concepts into drawing packages and assemble necessary project documentation
• Assist in reviewing quotes and manufacturer shop drawings, ensuring accurate incorporation of requirements into project drawings

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience using AutoCAD and Revit, preferably in the food service equipment or construction industries
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to measure and document field conditions accurately
• Effective interpersonal skills for collaboration within the organization
