Designer for Accolades

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Designer to support the Accolades business with a focus on production design and new product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume, post-sale Accolades deliverables while ensuring brand consistency and quality
• Support the development and rollout of new Accolades products by creating and refining scalable design templates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain adherence to brand guidelines across all deliverables

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional design experience, preferably in production design
• Portfolio showcasing strong execution in typography, layout, and templated work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
• Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, with experience designing scalable templates preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art, or a related field
