Designer III

Job Summary

Supporting design initiatives in a remote environment, the full-time Designer III will deliver design work including prototypes and wireframes, mentor junior designers, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance design processes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver design artifacts such as sketches, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes while ensuring compliance with design standards
• Build relationships with team members and stakeholders to drive improvements in design processes and practices
• Lead human-centered design processes and contribute to design libraries and competitive analyses

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, or a high school diploma with 9+ years of experience
• Progressive experience with design principles and relevant technologies
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma
• Experience in data visualization and creating user-centric visual dashboards
• Familiarity with web forms and whiteboard tools
