Designer or Senior Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a versatile and collaborative Designer or Senior Designer for a full-time remote position, this role will create on-brand work across various channels, extend a redesigned packaging system into a broader visual expression, and lead projects from concept to delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create on-brand work across digital, retail, social, email, packaging, and other channels
• Lead assigned projects from kickoff through final delivery, ensuring effective execution and organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to clarify direction and identify creative solutions

Required qualifications

• A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in typography, layout, visual storytelling, and brand systems
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with familiarity in motion/video editing tools preferred
• Experience in creating work for both digital and physical channels, including packaging and print production
• Approximately 4 to 8 years of relevant professional experience in design
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with teams and adapting to changing priorities
