Job Summary

A company is looking for a Desktop Engineer III.

Key Responsibilities:

Resolve computer hardware issues, including submitting for repair with a vendor and/or upgrading teammate's machines
Resolve application and basic network connectivity issues
Find conferencing solutions including our onsite, dedicated A/V conference rooms and web conferencing

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

Expertise in Office 365, JAMF, Windows 10, Active Directory, and PowerShell
Strong problem-solving skills in complex systems and environments
Proven history of accomplishing tasks with little direction and working on multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with CI/CD and containerization design concepts, and tooling
A degree in Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent experience
