Desktop Publisher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Desktop Publisher to support high volume, client-driven production work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Intake client requests and enter jobs into the proprietary workflow tracking system
• Work within established templates to produce pitchbooks and Public Information Books (PIBs)
• Proofread all deliverables to ensure accuracy and full completion of client requests

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience as a Desktop Operator or Presentation Specialist within an investment bank or law firm
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word
• Working knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, MapInfo, and CorelDraw or Illustrator preferred
• Highly detail-oriented and self-directed with the ability to work efficiently under deadlines
• Willingness and ability to learn new tools, skills, and processes
