Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time Desktop Support Analyst I will field and document Service Desk tickets related to various hardware and software, provide backup telephone support, and manage service-related projects in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Field and document Service Desk tickets for PC hardware, software, and peripherals
- Provide backup telephone support for Service Desk Technicians and manage service-related projects
- Utilize knowledge bases to resolve technical issues and provide 2nd level support
Required qualifications
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience required
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Desktop support or Service Desk required
- CompTIA A+ or comparable industry-recognized certification required
- ITIL Foundation training required
- Working knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365
