Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Desktop Support Associate Analyst will provide end-user provisioning, access management, and technical support while managing incident, problem, and change processes across the Public Sector IT organization.
Key responsibilities
- Provision and manage access in systems such as Active Directory, MS Exchange, and Office 365
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for TTEC applications and hardware issues
- Implement and support Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes while conducting audits and internal trainings
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of related work experience in IT support and desktop troubleshooting
- Experience with Active Directory, PowerShell, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and ITIL best practices
- Knowledge of Service Management processes and tools
- Completion of ITIL Foundations v3 certification is a plus
