Job Summary
Providing first-level support for a largely remote workforce, the full-time Desktop Support Analyst will troubleshoot Windows and Mac issues, manage device enrollment in Intune and JAMF, and support senior executives both remotely and in-person at the Irving office.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver first-level support via phone, email, TeamViewer, and in-person for end-user technology issues
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues, escalating complex problems as necessary
- Stage, image, and deploy end-user devices while documenting incidents and resolutions accurately
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant technical coursework preferred
- 2+ years of experience in technical/help desk support or a comparable customer-facing technical role
- Familiarity with Windows and macOS environments and Microsoft 365 applications
- Basic understanding of MDM concepts (Intune or JAMF) and remote-support tools
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) are a plus; hands-on experience is valued equally
