Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Desktop Support Analyst I, the candidate will manage Service Desk tickets related to PC hardware, software installations, and provide second-level support while collaborating on various IT projects.
Key responsibilities
- Field and document Service Desk tickets concerning PC hardware, software, and peripherals
- Provide backup telephone support for Service Desk Technicians and assist with project management
- Utilize knowledge bases to resolve technical issues and maintain business software installations
Required qualifications
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience required
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Desktop support or Service Desk
- CompTIA A+ or comparable industry-recognized certification required
- ITIL Foundation training required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory
