Job Summary
Serving as the primary technical resource for remote and in-office staff, the full-time salaried Desktop Support Associate II will provide end-user support across hardware, software, and SaaS applications while managing IT processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day end-user support for hardware, software, and SaaS applications
- Execute core IT processes including onboarding, offboarding, and incident management
- Administer core SaaS platforms and uphold endpoint security standards
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant IT or desktop support experience
- Strong working knowledge of Jamf, Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, and Zoom
- Advanced knowledge of macOS environments and experience supporting Apple devices
- Familiarity with endpoint security tooling and SSO/identity provider integrations
- Project management experience, including cross-functional technical projects
