Job Summary

A company is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer I.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage company devices and peripherals, including provisioning and shipping equipment for employees
  • Resolve and log internal helpdesk tickets, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with project rollouts
  • Deploy PC upgrades, assist with in-office IT support, and audit users and systems

Required Qualifications:
  • Thorough knowledge of computer software, hardware, internet applications, and network implementations
  • 1-2 years of IT support and PC hardware support experience preferred
  • Experience with Azure AD, Microsoft Intune, and Linux
  • MCTS certification preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
