Job Summary
Providing comprehensive support for Windows-based systems, the full-time Desktop Support Engineer will install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers and applications while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows-based computers and business applications
- Manage user requests and errors through the IT help desk ticketing system
- Document daily tasks and create user documentation as needed
Required qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in IT/Desktop Support, proficient with all Windows operating systems
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Professional Suite
- Healthcare IT experience is preferred
- Knowledge of telephony systems programming and asset management skills
