Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technology Service Desk Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers needing technical assistance
- Manage trouble calls via ticketing system, phone, remote, and desk-side visits
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including installation and configuration of systems and applications
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-4 years of general IT support experience, preferably with trading desk support
- Experience with incident management/ticketing systems like ServiceNow
- Proficiency in Windows 10, Windows 11, and Microsoft/Office 365
- High school degree required; college degree strongly preferred
- Must be willing to obtain MS900 certification
