Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technology Service Desk Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers needing technical assistance
  • Manage trouble calls via ticketing system, phone, remote, and desk-side visits
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including installation and configuration of systems and applications
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-4 years of general IT support experience, preferably with trading desk support
  • Experience with incident management/ticketing systems like ServiceNow
  • Proficiency in Windows 10, Windows 11, and Microsoft/Office 365
  • High school degree required; college degree strongly preferred
  • Must be willing to obtain MS900 certification
