Job Summary
A company is looking for a Desktop Support Specialist responsible for maintaining user uptime and improving computing experiences through proactive support and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site desktop support for hardware/software maintenance following Standard Operating Procedures
- Diagnose and troubleshoot application incidents and problems escalated from the Service Desk or end-users
- Ensure proper documentation and use of the ticketing system
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in Information Systems in managed specialty areas
- 1+ years of field support experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Knowledge of Mac OS X and Windows troubleshooting and configuration
- Experience with a wide range of IT services including PC, MAC, mobile devices, and basic network support
