Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day technical support for employees across hardware, software, and SaaS platforms
  • Administer and optimize Google Workspace, improving operational efficiency and file structures
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT vendors and manage hardware purchasing and service contracts
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in desktop support, IT support, or IT operations

  • Strong working knowledge of macOS environments
