Job Summary
A company is looking for a Desktop Support Specialist to provide technical support and optimize IT processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support for employees across hardware, software, and SaaS platforms
- Administer and optimize Google Workspace, improving operational efficiency and file structures
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IT vendors and manage hardware purchasing and service contracts
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in desktop support, IT support, or IT operations
- Experience administering Google Workspace in a business environment
- Strong working knowledge of macOS environments
- Experience managing SaaS tools and supporting remote teams
- Comfortable managing vendors and external service providers
