Job Summary

Providing first-line Help Desk support for software applications and hardware, the full-time Desktop Support Specialist will assist remote and local users, manage incoming tech support calls, and perform routine maintenance on Windows workstations and virtual machines.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer incoming tech support calls and utilize Help Desk and asset management systems effectively
  • Deploy, track, and refurbish Windows workstations while performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Create and manage user accounts in Entra and Active Directory, ensuring appropriate access and permissions
Required qualifications
  • Competence with Windows desktop operating systems, including Windows 11 and Azure Virtual Desktops
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Entra, OneDrive, and SharePoint
  • Experience in remote desktop troubleshooting
  • Basic knowledge of networked computing
  • Bachelor's degree or associate degree in a related field, or at least 2 years equivalent work experience
