Job Summary

Supporting a large network of users, the part-time Desktop Support Specialist will manage and maintain workstation hardware and software, assist with peripheral device maintenance, and handle incident and service request management in a remote capacity for Wisconsin residents.

Key responsibilities
  • Support, test, maintain, and install workstation hardware and software components
  • Manage and support Operating Systems for user workstations
  • Collaborate with team members on hardware and software deployment projects
Required qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in Tier 3 support and maintenance of workstation software and hardware
  • Proficiency in supporting and maintaining Operating Systems for user workstations
  • Experience supporting peripheral devices like printers and scanners (2-5 years preferred)
  • Strong background in incident and service request management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for customer support
