Job Summary
Providing remote support for merchant-related technical issues, the contract Desktop Support Specialist will manage end-to-end ticket resolution, troubleshoot complex problems, and communicate proactively with clients over a 3+ month engagement.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end support for merchant support tickets, ensuring successful resolution
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues while maintaining exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues and improve support processes
Required qualifications:
- Experience in customer-facing technical support within a high-volume environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving complex technical issues
- Experience supporting SaaS or platform-based environments, preferably in food delivery or e-commerce
- Familiarity with support tools such as Intercom and ticket routing systems
