Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workplace Engineering Track Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Support and maintain organizational computer systems, desktops, and peripherals
Troubleshoot and resolve end-user hardware and software issues in a timely manner
Provide remote and onsite support, coordinating with technicians as necessary

Required Qualifications

Experience in an On-site Technical Support environment
Familiarity with ticketing tools like Ivanti or ServiceNow
Knowledge of incident, problem, and request resolution management
Experience with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Products
Basic understanding of TCP/IP and network hardware functions
