Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technician 1 - Desktop Support to provide desktop and operational support to users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide desktop support to assigned site and remote users, including installation and maintenance of hardware and software
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, documenting problem resolutions in a ticketing system
- Assist in PC builds and imaging tasks using deployment software
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred
- 0-2 years of specialized experience in desktop support
- CompTIA A+ certification for hardware preferred
- Experience with computer imaging, SCCM, and Active Directory
- Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 or above and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
