Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desktop Technician Tier 2 to provide level 2 and desk-side support for various devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide desk-side and phone-based support to technical and non-technical staff
  • Develop new technical solutions and systems to achieve functional objectives
  • Create and monitor tickets in ServiceNow and assist with advanced technical issues
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical support role
  • Familiarity with both Windows PCs and MacOS X workstations
  • Active Directory Management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or Associates degree with 10+ years relevant experience
  • Certifications such as Microsoft MCP, Apple ACSP, or CompTIA A+/Net+ are desired
