Job Summary

A company is looking for a Desktop Support Technician to join their IT operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy new devices and provision devices for new hires
  • Provide deskside, walk-up, and remote end user support during device deployments
  • Maintain accurate inventory of devices and peripherals while managing support tickets
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in IT or end user support preferred
  • Experience working with a ticketing system such as ServiceNow
  • Hands-on experience providing Tier 1-2 end user support
  • Familiarity with Windows OS and the Microsoft 365 suite
  • Some technical training or IT coursework is a plus
