Job Summary
A company is looking for a Desktop Support Technician to join their IT operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy new devices and provision devices for new hires
- Provide deskside, walk-up, and remote end user support during device deployments
- Maintain accurate inventory of devices and peripherals while managing support tickets
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT or end user support preferred
- Experience working with a ticketing system such as ServiceNow
- Hands-on experience providing Tier 1-2 end user support
- Familiarity with Windows OS and the Microsoft 365 suite
- Some technical training or IT coursework is a plus
