Job Summary

Joining a dynamic IT team, the full-time Desktop Support Technician will provide day-to-day technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals, assisting both onsite and remote users while gaining hands-on experience in a customer-focused environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist in providing desktop and operational support to assigned sites and remote offices
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, and operating systems
  • Diagnose and resolve user issues, providing support via remote desktop software as needed
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent with 0-2 years of experience
  • Additional training or education in IT or a related field is a plus
  • Ability to learn and follow established policies and procedures
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and documentation practices
  • Basic understanding of network and telecommunications troubleshooting
