Job Summary

Joining a dynamic IT team, the full-time Desktop Support Technician will provide day-to-day technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals in both office and remote environments, assisting in troubleshooting and maintaining various operating systems.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist in providing desktop and operational support to assigned sites and remote offices
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, and printers
  • Diagnose and resolve user issues, utilizing remote desktop software for support
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent with 0-2 years of experience in IT support
  • Additional training or education in a relevant area is preferred
  • Ability to perform routine tasks and follow prescribed guidelines
  • Familiarity with PC operating systems and troubleshooting techniques
  • Effective communication skills for clear information exchange with internal and external contacts
