Job Summary
Joining a dynamic IT team, the full-time Desktop Support Technician will provide day-to-day technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals in both office and remote environments, assisting in troubleshooting and maintaining various operating systems.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in providing desktop and operational support to assigned sites and remote offices
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, and printers
- Diagnose and resolve user issues, utilizing remote desktop software for support
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent with 0-2 years of experience in IT support
- Additional training or education in a relevant area is preferred
- Ability to perform routine tasks and follow prescribed guidelines
- Familiarity with PC operating systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Effective communication skills for clear information exchange with internal and external contacts
