Job Summary
Working remotely on a 3-month assignment, the Desktop Support Technician will serve as a frontline support agent, managing merchant tickets end-to-end and resolving complex issues while delivering high-quality communication.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and manage merchant tickets from initiation to resolution
- Diagnose client issues with incomplete information and drive cases to resolution
- Provide consistent and high-quality communication to merchants regarding their support cases
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of customer-facing IT support experience for POS, delivery, or e-commerce
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills in complex failure scenarios
- Experience with end-to-end ticket ownership, not just initial triage
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment with performance metrics
