Job Summary
Providing front-line technical support, the full-time Desktop Support Technician II will resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues while delivering exceptional customer service both onsite and remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and standard business applications
- Respond to incidents and service requests through the ITSM platform, ensuring proper documentation and resolution
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including device preparation and access coordination
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in desktop support or related IT support roles
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with ITSM or ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management
- Basic understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP and VPN
- Strong customer service and communication skills
