Job Summary

A company is looking for a Desktop Technician.

Key Responsibilities

Provide desktop support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
Execute OS migrations and utilize imaging tools for system setups
Manage and support enterprise applications and remote desktop tools

Required Qualifications

3+ years of desktop support experience in a large enterprise setting
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Group Policy
Experience with OS migrations and proficiency in imaging tools
Familiarity with Intune, OneDrive, and BitLocker
Preferred certifications include CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+
