• Build and execute a sustainable playtesting strategy considering team resources and game experience goals
• Perform test work as an advanced individual contributor with a focus on impactful methodologies
• Drive investigations into test workflows and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Deep understanding and experience within Destiny 2
• Proactive curiosity and excellent cost-benefit analysis skills
• Experience on a multi-discipline team in a live service environment
• Leadership experience in a QA role within the games industry
• Experience with tools/scripting, including languages such as C#
