Detailer I - Door and Hardware

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Detailer I - Door, Frames, Hardware.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed submittals, change order proposals, and material orders for commercial construction projects
• Interpret contract documents and maintain project financials to ensure timely material delivery and profitability
• Collaborate with estimators and project teams to address technical issues and ensure project materials are on time and within budget

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0-4 years in DFH distribution as a detailer or 1-3 years in Project Management/Project Engineering
• Basic knowledge of DFH products, services, processes, and project plans
• Ability to work autonomously and seek guidance for complex problems
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
