Detailer Supervisor

Job Summary

Managing a team of Detailers and Designers, the full-time remote Detailer Supervisor will oversee the quality and accuracy of detail drawings, provide technical leadership, and support team development while ensuring project requirements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve detail drawings, ensuring they are production-ready and aligned with project specifications
• Train and mentor team members while managing workloads and priorities to meet tight deadlines
• Collaborate with Designers, Account Managers, and Production to resolve technical issues and maintain project schedules

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in engineering, CAD, or exhibition/event design
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with 3D Studio Max
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and fabrication methods
• Ability to articulate technical details and present ideas effectively
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
