Job Summary

A company is looking for a Detection Engineer to support cybersecurity operations.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor logs in Google SecOps and Google Cloud Observability
Manage alert and security use case creation in collaboration with system owners
Participate in IT projects to address security issues and maintain documentation for security-related systems

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, systems administration, information systems, or related areas, or relevant work experience
2+ years of IT operations experience with SIEM products and threat detection
2+ years of IT infrastructure experience, preferably in a cloud environment
Experience with Google SecOps and cloud observability tools
Relevant cybersecurity certifications are desired
