DEU Certified Staffing Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting a dynamic client, the full-time remote Journeyman DEU Certified Staffing Specialist will provide strategic consulting on qualification requirements, recruitment sources, and automated staffing systems while addressing recruitment and placement issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide input on recruitment and placement issues, recommending solutions for job turnover and workforce planning
- Conduct job analysis and draft Job Opportunity Announcements while reviewing military documents for veteran's preference
- Prepare merit promotion certificates and ensure adherence to case file management procedures
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' federal cradle-to-grave staffing experience
- Active DEU Certification
- Experience with HR Connect (People Soft)
- Hands-on experience with USA Staffing is preferred
- Active Public Trust Clearance
