Developer Advocate - Reinforcement Learning

Job Summary

Developer Advocate - Reinforcement Learning, is a full-time position focused on creating impactful content and engaging with the developer community to promote innovative technology in AI and accelerated computing.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and share demos, blogs, presentations, and videos to engage with developers, researchers, and students
• Collaborate with product marketing to launch new technologies and inspire developers through shared code
• Participate in public-facing channels and events to help developers understand demos and encourage application development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3 years in engineering (or equivalent)
• Experience in designing and implementing Reinforcement Learning and post-training pipelines for LLM
• Strong programming skills with AI frameworks such as PyTorch, JAX, and NeMo-RL
• Proven ability to present to technical audiences and write developer-facing content
