Developer Community Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Developer Community Manager to engage with the developer community and bridge communication between developers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with the developer community to understand their needs and usage of Mailgun
• Create educational content and technical guides to support developers
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate communication and advocate for developer needs

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a Developer or technical support role
• Strong understanding of APIs and experience with developer-facing products
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Go, C#, Rust, Java)
• Experience engaging with developers in online communities
• Passion for developer advocacy and community building
