Developer Community Manager

Job Summary

To enhance Flosum's presence in the Salesforce ecosystem, the full-time Developer Community Manager will create authoritative content, represent the company at industry conferences, and build relationships with key advocates while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Produce 2-3 LinkedIn posts weekly and provide insights on industry news to establish thought leadership
• Speak and represent Flosum at major community events such as Dreamforce and regional conferences
• Cultivate and mentor relationships with advocates and community members to foster engagement

Required qualifications

• Recognized presence in the Salesforce community, ideally as a Salesforce MVP or frequent conference speaker
• Fluency in DevOps and Data/Security topics, including release management and compliance
• Proficiency in LinkedIn content formats and understanding of community norms
• Ability to be measured on share of voice and community-influenced pipeline metrics
