Developer Experience Engineer

Job Summary

Improving the developer experience and content workflows, the full-time remote Developer Experience & Workflow Engineer will enhance lesson creation processes, automate content operations, and contribute to hands-on training development.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and eliminate friction in the lesson development process while improving local development environments
• Design and implement workflows to automate repetitive tasks and enhance content quality
• Create and refine hands-on lessons, applying best practices in lesson design and secure coding education

Required qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Python, Go, and Bash/shell scripting
• Familiarity with LLM APIs and AI-assisted coding tools
• Ability to identify inefficiencies in developer workflows and improve operational processes
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Comfortable working independently with loosely defined problems
