Developer Experience Engineer

Job Summary

Championing the productivity and efficiency of engineering teams, the full-time remote Developer Experience Engineer will architect and refine developer tools, lead automation initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance a cutting-edge analytics platform.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and refine intuitive developer tools, SDKs, and APIs to eliminate engineering friction points
• Spearhead automation initiatives to streamline testing, building, and CI/CD deployment pipelines
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to engineering teams, promoting best practices in developer experience

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience focused on developer experience, platform engineering, or SDK infrastructure development
• Advanced programming proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, TypeScript, or Go
• Extensive experience with major cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD tooling expertise
• Proven track record of leading complex technical initiatives and mentoring engineering teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
