Job Summary
Building tooling and workflows to enhance engineering productivity, the full-time Developer Experience Engineer will work in a hybrid environment to create internal tools, lead AI adoption, and partner with product engineers to optimize development processes.
Key responsibilities
- Developing internal tools, templates, and workflows to streamline the software development lifecycle
- Leading the adoption of AI tools across engineering by designing usage patterns and providing practical examples
- Collaborating with product engineers to identify bottlenecks and measure the impact of tooling improvements on development speed and quality
Required qualifications
- Experience in building internal developer tools or engineering productivity systems
- Strong software engineering skills in at least one modern programming language
- Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools and workflow automation
- Ability to translate developer pain points into actionable solutions
- Familiarity with modern development workflows, including CI/CD and automated testing
