Job Summary

Owning the strategy and execution of developer documentation and partner communications, the full-time Developer Experience Lead will enhance usability and clarity for developers while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the strategy and day-to-day operations of developer documentation, ensuring continuous improvement and usability
• Oversee partner-facing communications regarding platform changes, including feature rollouts and breaking changes
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to create clear, developer-friendly content and educational materials

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in developer experience, technical writing, or related fields
• Exceptional written communication skills with a focus on clarity and usability
• Ability to understand API specifications and object models
• Experience with documentation platforms and familiarity with docs-as-code workflows
• Proven ability to set standards and operate independently in a fast-paced environment
